Service Type: Personal Spiritual Companionship & Habit Building (B2C)

MyMNSTRY (the "Service") provides an AI-driven conversational interface for spiritual reflection, guided prayer, and other religious routine activities.

• Not a Professional Service: The Service is for personal enrichment and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, mental health therapy, or crisis intervention. Users are strongly encouraged to consult with their own human spiritual advisors, clergy, or healthcare professionals regarding specific life decisions or spiritual matters.
• AI Interaction: You are interacting with a Large Language Model (LLM)—a machine-learning system—not a human, a licensed member of the clergy, or a divine entity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMNSTRY provides the service "AS IS."

• Inaccuracy Risk: AI may generate responses that are factually incorrect, theologically inconsistent, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
• No Divine Authority: MyMNSTRY makes no claims of divine inspiration or religious authority. Outputs are the result of probabilistic data processing (statistical predictions of text) and must be vetted against your own faith traditions and personal judgment.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyMNSTRY and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
• Your intentional misuse of the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.

MyMNSTRY is a tool for reflection and companionship. 

• User Agency: You acknowledge that you retain full autonomy and agency over your life choices. Any actions you take, or choose not to take, based on your interactions with the AI are your sole responsibility. MyMNSTRY does not direct your life or provide professional mandates. 
• Spiritually Sensitive Data: You are choosing to use a service where you will discuss spiritual and religious matters, thereby sharing your religious and philosophical beliefs, which are considered sensitive information. 
• Assumption of Risk: By using the service, you agree that MyMNSTRY is not responsible for any real-world consequences, outcomes, or third-party disputes resulting from your personal decisions or interpretations of the AI’s conversational responses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyMNSTRY’s total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall not exceed the greater of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) or the total amount you have paid MyMNSTRY in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

• Scope: The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Ownership of Reflections: You own the conversational inputs you provide and the specific reflections or prayers generated for you. While the Service is not intended for the commercial generation of books or code, you are free to use your personal chat history for your own private or creative purposes (e.g., a personal journal or memoir). 
• No Impersonation: You may not represent AI-generated responses as being authored by a human or as an official statement from any religious institution. You may not represent AI-generated responses as being authored by any divine being or authority. 

You agree not to use MyMNSTRY to:

• Seek advice for self-harm, medical emergencies, or actions that may cause harm to others.
• Attempt to bypass the Service's safety filters or intentionally manipulate the AI into generating harmful or prohibited content.
• Use automated scripts, or similar technology, to "scrape" or mass-download data from the Service.

• Data Privacy and Third-Party Processing: We value the sacred nature of your reflections. MyMNSTRY does not sell your personal data to third-party brokers or advertisers. However, to provide the Service, we utilize trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers (such as OpenAI or Google Cloud). By using MyMNSTRY, you acknowledge that your prompts and interactions are transmitted to these service providers for processing. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and are prohibited from using your data for their own independent marketing purposes. We recommend you do not include highly sensitive personal identifiers (like government ID numbers) in your conversational prompts.
• Model Training: MyMNSTRY may use de-identified chat and activity data to train and improve its models. 
• Data Retention: MyMNSTRY may retain your chat and activity data to provide a personalized chat experience. You may request the deletion of your account and associated chat history at any time through the app settings.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be settled through individual binding arbitration. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class-action lawsuit against MyMNSTRY.
